Chakrabarty as deputy governor of RBI, “for a further period of 3 months beyond June 14,2012,or until further orders,which ever is earlier .”the RBI said in a release. Mr.Chakrabarty was appointed as Deputy governor in 209 for 3 years and took charge as deputy governor of RBI on June 15,2009,it added.
